Weaver Drug Testing lab is licensed by the Oklahoma State Board of Health for drug and alcohol testing, and has been operating since 2006. David Weaver , MT (ASCP), Lab Director, worked in toxicology for over 40 years. David recently passed away in March of 2024. We will greatly miss his knowledge and expertise of Drugs of Abuse testing. Weaver Lab continues to operate under the management of his wife Pam Weaver. Pamela Weaver, MLT (ASCP), MT (AMT) worked in Chemistry and Urinalysis for over 20 years for SmithKline Beecham, before becoming involved in the drug testing industry in 1999. We are proud to say that we are the forerunners in the drug testing industry in Tulsa when it comes to providing the most up to date testing for drugs of abuse. Dr. Trevor Gillmore is our MRO (Medical Review Officer) and is AAMRO certified. All positives are confirmed by GC/MS at a SAMSHA certified laboratory for work-place drug screens.
Weaver Lab utilizes the Olympus AU640 Immune-Analyzer, which produces over 800 test per hour. We use Gold standard products like Syva Emit reagents and assays. Syva enzyme immunoassays for drugs-of-abuse are highly specific for the target drugs, reproducible, and demonstrate consistent lot-to-lot stability.
Each member of our team is highly qualified and thoroughly trained, with certifications for urine, hair and nail collections, including DOT certification. Weaver Lab can provide expert court testimony for environmental exposure and interpretation of hair and nail results. We provide male and female observed collections, on-site collections, and out-of-state collection sites. We can provide a work-place drug testing policy, at no additional cost for clients with s service agreement.
