Q: Do I need to set an appointment ?
A: No appointment is necessary! We are open from 8am to 5 pm. Please arrive no later than 4:30 for Hair or Nail testing and by 4:45 pm for UA testing.
Q: How do I pay for the needed services?
A: All walk-in donors must pay for services at the time of testing. Payments must be in the form of cash, money order, or credit card. Attorney checks are accepted.
Q: Can I receive my own results?
A: You may only receive results if you paid for your test or if arrangements were made with purchaser. Restrictions Apply.

Q: How long does it take for results?
A: Urine: Most results are available same day, with some exceptions.
Hair and Nail: 5 - 7 business days.

Q: Can I test without my ID?
A: We will not allow anyone to test with out a form of photo identification. No Exceptions.
Q: How will I receive my results?
A: Hard copies of results are always available. You may also receive your results via fax or secure email.
